Notes

Arrival / Departure

  • The approximate times has to be communicated in advance
  • Arrival from 10:30 am is possible
  • The room check-in takes place after cleaning, latest at 16:00 o'clock.
  • Apartment / parking must be left by 10:00 (CheckOut)

Miscellaneous

  • Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or terrace
  • One parking space per apartment and Wi-Fi are available free of charge
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels for the bathroom are provided free of charge and changed weekly
  • Swimming accessories, bicycles, etc. are to be deposited outside the apartment in the designated spaces. If you have questions, please contact us
  • When leaving the apartment, turn off the lights and the air conditioner and retract the sun awning.
  • At night the sun awning must always be retracted, that also applies also during the day in wind.
  • For fire protection reasons, we currently don't offer any type of barbeque
  • The guest is liable for damage to the equipment and / or loss of the keys

Neighbourhood

In the area there are only private guest houses, the next hotel is about 1,5km away.

Various beaches are only a few meters away from our accommodation.

Within walking distance are also:

  • Barbecues, Beach Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets etc.
  • Dive center, bike rental, boat rental, parasailing, JetSki, water skiing etc.
